Her years of caring for people in both clinical and supportive environments have given her a deep understanding of the body, compassion for others, and a strong belief in the importance of human touch in supporting overall wellbeing.

Alongside her work as a care aide, Ellie provides massage therapy services that focus on relaxation, therapeutic treatment, and craniosacral therapy. Her approach is gentle, intentional, and centered on creating a calm and supportive environment where clients can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.

Ellie believes that when the body feels safe and supported, it can begin to reset and restore itself naturally. Whether someone is seeking relief from muscle tension, support for the nervous system, or simply time to rest and recharge, she strives to ensure each person feels comfortable, heard, and cared for during their treatment.

Her treatments are guided by both professional training and years of hands-on experience supporting people through a wide range of physical and everyday stresses.
